Cisco Buys Neohapsis
Cisco said this morning that it is buying security advisory company Neohapsis, to bolster its Cisco Security Services organization. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Cisco said it expects the deal to close in the second quarter of its fiscal 2015 year. Neohapsis was baseChicago, and offered up risk management, compliance, cloud, application, mobile, and infrastructure security solutions to Fortune 500 customers.
