Skyera Acquired By Western Digital
San Jose-based Skyera, a maker of solid state storage systems, has been acquired by Western Digital, WD announced today. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Skyera is being acquired by Western Digital subsidiary HGST. Skyera's backers include bot Western Digital itself, as well as Dell Ventures.
