, which develops immunosequencing products, has been acquired by
Adaptive Biotechnologies
. Financial details of the buy were not anounced. Adaptive Biotechnologies was advised by J.P. Morgan and DLA Piper in the deal; Sequenta was advised by Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Sequenta was venture backed by Mohr Davidow Ventures, Index Ventures, and Foresite Capital, and had raised $40M in three rounds of funding.
