Sequenta Acquired By Adaptive Bio
South San Francisco-based Sequenta, which develops immunosequencing products, has been acquired by Adaptive Biotechnologies. Financial details of the buy were not anounced. Adaptive Biotechnologies was advised by J.P. Morgan and DLA Piper in the deal; Sequenta was advised by Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Sequenta was venture backed by Mohr Davidow Ventures, Index Ventures, and Foresite Capital, and had raised $40M in three rounds of funding.
