Kabam Buys Two Game Studios
San Francisco-based Kabam said Tuesday that it has acquired two, Los Angeles-based game studios, TapZen and Magic Pixel. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Kabam said it would combine the two into a new LA-area game studio, to help it strengthen relationships with its partners in Hollywood.
