Annapurna Labs Acquired For Around $350M By Amazon.com
Annapurna Labs, a stealth mode semiconductor developer with locations in both Silicon Valley and Israel, has been acquired by Amazon.com in a deal worth between $350-$375M, according to reports citing sources near to the companies. The details on the acquisition have not been announced. Annapurna Lab swas venture backed by ARM and Walden International.
