Under Armour
, as part of a larger fitness app acquisition by Under Armour. Under Armour purchase MyFitnessPal for $475M. In a related move, Endomondo, a Danish mobile app developer, was also acquired by Under Armour for $85M. MyFitnessPal was venture backed by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Accel Partners.
