EmailDirect Acquired By j2 Global
Sacramento-based EmailDirect, a provider of email marketing services, has been acquired by Los Angeles-based J2 Global, in an asset deal. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. j2 Global said it will add EmailDirect to its Campaigner Email Marketing brand. j2 Global said the buy will not be material to its business. j2 Global owns such brands as eFax, eVoice, PCMag.com, Ziff Davis, IGN.com, and many other Internet services and publications.
