MegaPath Sells Managed Services Arm To GTT
Pleasanton, California-based MegaPath, which provides broadband and other cloud-based communications services, said yesterday that it has sold its Managed Services division to GTT Communications. GTT will pay $152.3M, comprised of $7.5M in stock and $144.8M in cash for the division. MegaPath's Managed Services division provided private networking, access services, and managed security services to enterprise clients.
