HP Buys Aruba Networks For $3 Billion

said today that it is buying Sunnyvale's
Aruba Networks
, in a deal worth approximately $3.0 billion. HP said it will pay $24.67 per share in cash for network gear maker Aruba. The deal had been leaked last week. The companies said that, after cash and debt, the net value of the deal will be approximately $2.7 billion. The move will add around 1,800 employees to HP
