PayPal Buys Cyactive, Says Report
PayPal is in the midst of acquiring Israeli startup Cyactive>, in a deal worth $60M, according to Israeli business media. Cyactive is a developer of malware prevention software, and was venture backed by Jersalem Venture Partners (JVP). The deal apparently is only the second acquisition for PayPal in Israel.
