Milyoni Acquired By Photobucket
Pleasanton-based Milyoni, the developer of the social video app Madcards for mobile, has been acquired by Photobucket, the two companies announced Wednesday afternoon. Terms of the acquisition were not announced. The companies said that Milyoni CEO John Corpus becomes Chief Revenue Officer for Photobucket, and that Photobucket will set up a new Bay Area hub at Milyoni's offices.
