Nutanix Eyes IPO
San Jose-based Nutanix, which develops converged server and storage networking equipment, is looking towards an IPO, and has been interviewing investment bankers to lead the effort. According to Reuters, the company has yet to set a banker in the effort. Nutanix is venture backed by Riverwood Capital, SAP Ventures, Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital, Greenspring Associates, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Khosla Ventures and Battery Ventures, among others. Nutanix has now raised over $312M, the last in August of 2014.
