ClusterK Acquired By Amazon.com, Says Report
Palo Alto-based cloud software optimization developer ClusterK, which helped cloud software developers reduce the cost of running their services on Amazon Web Services, has been acquired by Amazon.com, according to reports. The deal was reportedly worth between $20M and $50M, according to VentureBeat.
