Accela Acquires PublicStuff
San Ramon-based Accela, which develops cloud-based software for government, announced this morning that it has acquired PublicStuff, a developer of civic engagement software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. PublicStuff was based in New York City. The company's software provided white-label apps and websites to help local governments connect with city services.
