Udemy Finds $65M For Online Learning Marketplace
San Francisco-based Udemy, which runs an online marketplace to help people find classes and online courses, has raised $65M more in a Series D funding. The funding was led by Stripes Group, and also included Norwest Venture Partners (NVP) and Insight Venture Partners. Udemy said Stripes Group's Ken Fox joins the company's board. Udemy is led by Dennis Yang, and said the new funds go towards international growth, expansion of its enterprise offerings, and building out its workforce.
