Black Lotus Acquired By Level 3
San Francisco-based Black Lotus, which operates a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) mitigation service, has been acquired by Level 3, the two companies said last week. Financial terms of the transaction were not announced. Black Lotus was backed by Industry Capital, and had raised $3.5M back in 2013.
