Oculus, the virtual reality headset maker which is part of
Facebook, has acquired Israeli virtual reality technology developer
Pebbles Ltd.. Financial details of the acquisition--which was announced on the Oculus VR
blog--were not announced. Reports place the acquisition at around $60M. Oculus said on its blog that Pebbles will help the company to advance virtual reality, tracking, and human-computer interactions.
