BrightBytes Picks Up $33M
San Francisco-based BrightBytes, a developer of research and analysis software aimed at helping educational administrators improve student learning, has raised $33M in a Series C funding. The funding was led by Insight Venture Partners, and also included Bessemer Venture Partners, Rethink Education and Learn Capital. Rob Mancabelli is CEO of BrightBytes. As part of the funding, Insight's Nick Sinai joins BrightBytes' board of directors.
