SGN Finds $130M From South Korean Game Publisher Netmarble

, the mobile game publisher which has offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles, said this morning that it has raised $130M in a funding round. The funding came from South Korean mobile gaming company Netmarble Games, and also included a strategic partnership agreement to bring Netmarble's games to the West, and help extend SGN's footprint into Asia. SGN said that Netmarble becomes the largest shareholder in SGN, as part of the investment. SGN is led by Chris DeWolfe, who was one of the co-founders of MySpace.
