SurveyMonkey Buys TechValidate
Palo Alto-based SurveyMonkey said Tuesday that it has acquired Emeryville-based TechValidate, a developer of web-based software for automating marketing content generation. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. SurveyMonkey said the deal would help complement its core platform, by helping businesses to publish marketing content derived from their surveys. TechValidate was founded by Steve Norall and Brad O'Neill.
