San Mateo-based PokitDok, which develops a cloud-based product to help streamline healthcare business transactions, has raised $34M in a Series B funding. The company's backers include New Atlantic Ventures, Rogers Venture Partners and Subtraction Capital. PokitDok's software is used for eligibility checks, claims submissions, scheduling, payment processing and medical procedural code reconciliation. PokitDok is led by Lisa Maki.
