Xoom Stockholders Give Nod On Paypal Acquisition
San Francisco-based digital money transfer service Xoom said late Friday that its stockholders have voted to approve the $890M acquisition of the company by PayPal. The two had announced the deal on July 1st. PayPal is paying $25 per share in cash for Xoom.
