MedeAnalytics Gets Majority Investment From Thoma Bravo
San Francisco-based private equity investor Thoma Bravo has acquired a majority stake in Emeryville, California-based MedeAnalytics, a provider of financial analytics software for the healthcare industry, the companies said last week. Financial details of the investment and acquisition were not disclosed. The companies said that prior investors Bain Capital Integral Investors LLC and Emergence Capital Partners remain as minority investors. MedeAnalytics is led by Andy Hurd.
