Cargo Chief Picks Up $10M For Freight Handling Marketplace
Mountain View-based Cargo Chief, which operates a service to help connect shippers with available trucking resources, has raised $10M in a funding. The funding came from Walden Venture Capital, and also included Hunt Technology Ventures and the GrowthX Fund. Cargo Chief is led by Russell Jones. The company said the funding will go towards development of its platform, sales and marketing, and new offices in the Midwest.
