AppRedeem Acquired By Perk.com
San Francisco-based AppRedeem, a startup which pays mobile users to view application trailers and videos, has been acquired by Perk.com. Perk.com said it would pay 841,601 shares of its common stock for AppRedeem, in a deal worth approximately C$3,326,404 (or $2.5M US). Perk.com said AppRedeem had $3.2M in revenues for the 12 months ended June 30, 2015. AppRedeem was founded by Sheffield Nolan.
