Pure Storage Sets IPO Pricing Range
Mountain View-based Pure Storage has set its estimated IPO pricing range, saying in a filing Thursday that it expects its IPO to price at between $16.00 to $18.00 per share. The company is selling 25,000,000 shares of its common stock. The developer of flash-based storage has applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol PSTG.
