Barracuda Networks Buys Intronis
Campbell, California-based Barracuda Networks announced Tuesday that it has acquired Intronis, a provider of data protection services for managed services providers. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Barracuda said the buy would help expand its channel reach. Intronis was based in Chelmsford, Mass., and was venture backed by OpenView Partners and Greenspring Associates.
