Alacra Acquired By Opus Global
Palo Alto-based Alacra, a provider of anti-money laundering compliance software, has been acquired by Opus Global, the companies said Wednesday. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Opus Global is backed by private equity investor GTCR. Alacra was advised by N.J. Marlin & Associates in the deal.
