RiskIQ Acquires PassiveTotal
San Francisco-based RiskIQ announced Thursday that it has acquired PassiveTotal, a developer of threat analysis tools. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. RiskIQ is led by Elias Manousos, and is venture backed by Battery Ventures, Summit Partners, and others.
