Open Listings Raises $1M For Home Buying Service
Open Listings, a startup which offers up technology enabled, home buying services, has raised $1M in a seed funding round. The funding round came from Y Combinator, Soma Capital, ChinaRock Capital, I/O Ventures, Joe Montana & Liquid2 Ventures, Kevin Hale, Josh Guttman, Kevin Moore, along with other angels, according ot th company. Open Listings has offices in both San Francisco and San Diego. The company says it refunds 50 percent of the commission it receives for home purchases back to buyers.
