Thoma Bravo Completes Sirius Computer Solutions Sale
San Francisco-based private equity investor Thoma Bravo said today that it has completed its sale of Sirius Computer Solutions, an IT solutions integrator, to Kelso & Company. Financial details of the transaction were not announced. Thoma Bravo said that its investment in 2006 helped Sirius to increase its grosss revenues from just over $600M annually in 2006 to $1.7 billion in 2015. Thoma Bravo was advised by Kirkland & Ellis LLP in the deal; Sirius was advised by Elder Bray & Bankler PC.
