eBay Completes Sale of eBay Enterprise
San Jose-based eBay said Monday afternoon it has completed its $925M sale of eBay Enterprise, to Sterling Partners, Longview Asset Management, and the Innotrac Corporation. eBay said the buyers have now split eBay Enterprise into four different businesses. Its Enterprise Operations & Enterprise Technology Services is now owned by Sterling Partners; its Magento Commerce Technologies business is owned by the Permira Funds; its Marketing Solutions business is owned by the Permira Funds, as is its CRM business.
