Square Prices IPO At $9.00 Per Share
San Francisco-based mobile payments provider Square has priced its IPO at $9.00 per share, below its initial estimated IPO range of $11.00 and $13.00 per share. Square will debut on the New York Stock Exchange as SQ on Friday morning. Square's backers include Khosla Ventures (17.3% ownership before IPO), JP Morgan (5.5%), Sequoia Capital (5.4%), Rizvi Traverse (5.4%), among others.
