USVP has raised a new, $300M, early stage venture capital fund,
USVP XI, the firm announced this morning. USVP said the new fund will continue to invest in cybersecurity, enterprise software, consumer mobile and e-commerce, and healthcare companies. USVP says that, over its lifetime, it has led early stage investments in 86 companies which have gone through an IPO. The new fund is being run by USVP's current team, which includes Steve Krausz, Rick Lewis, Jonathan Root, Casey Tansey, Dafina Toncheva, and Jacques Benkoski.
