ShopSavvy Acquired By Purch
San Francisco-based ShopSavvy, a developer of mobile shopping apps, has been acquired by online publishing company Purch. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. ShopSavvy was backed by Facebook founder Eduardo Saverin, and was led by John Boyd. Purch is the publisher of TopTenREVIEWS, Space.com, Tom's Guide, and other online publications.
