Jemstep Acquired By Invesco
Los Altos-based Jemstep, a developer of software which helps wealth management advisors stay in contact with their clients, has been acquired by Invesco Ltd., according to Invesco. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced by the company. Jemstep's technology-enabled platform helps financial advisors provide advice, mutual funds, and other investing options to clients online. The company was founded in 2008, and had raised somewhere around $10.5M in funding.
