Invesco Ltd.
, according to Invesco. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced by the company. Jemstep's technology-enabled platform helps financial advisors provide advice, mutual funds, and other investing options to clients online. The company was founded in 2008, and had raised somewhere around $10.5M in funding.
