Avalanche Technology, a developer of non-volatile memory products aimed at embedded applications, has raised $23M in a funding round. The funding came from Thomvest Ventures, Vulcan Capital, Rogers Venture Partners, and VTB Capital. Avalanche also said it has raised a "substantial" debt facility from Horizon Technology Finance (HTFC). The company said the funding will go towards commercialization and production of its non-volatile STT-MRAM products in 2016. Avalanche's founder and CEO is Petro Estakhri.
