Skybox Security Raises $96M
San Jose-based Skybox Security, a developer of cybersecurity management software to help manage firewalls and network devices, has raised $96M in an investment round. The round came from private equity investment fund Providence Strategic Growth (PSG), which is part of Providence Equity Partners. PSG's Mark Hastings and Thomas Reardon both join SKybox Security's board. Skybox Security's founder and CEO is Gidi Cohen.
