Astound Commerce Acquires Site9, E-tailing Group
San Francisco-based Astound Commerce has made two acquisition this morning, saying that it has acquired Portland, Oregon-based Site9, and Chicago-based e-tailing group. Financial details of the two, separate acquisitions were not announced. Site9 is the maker of ProtoShare, a web prototyping tools, and e-tailing group is a provider of consulting services for the e-commerce and digital strategy markets.
