Waltz Networks Connects With $8.15M

Waltz Networks
, a developer of dynamic, real-time network routing technology, has raised $8.15M, the company announced this morning. The funding included $6.75M in a Series A funding from New Enterprise Associates, and $1.4M in National Science Foundation (NSF) grants. Waltz Networks was founded by Nithin Michael and Kevin Tang, both of whom were researchers at Cornell University. The company said the funds go towards hiring and product development.
