Adobe Buys LiveFyre
San Jose-based Adobe said Tuesday afternoon that it has acquired San Francisco-based LiveFyre, the developer of commenting and other social tools. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Adobe said it would integrate LiveFyre into its Adobe Experience Manager software. LiveFyre was backed by Adobe, Cue Ball Capital, ff Asset Management, Greycroft Partners, Hillsven Capital, Salesforce.com, US Venture Partners and Zelkova Ventures, along with angels.
