Indiegogo Buys Celery
San Francisco-based crowdfunding site Indiegogo, which runs an online crowdfunding site, said it has agreed to acquire the assets of fellow San Francisco company Celery. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Celery offers up a service to let companies take pre-orders for their products. Celery was led by Chris Tsai. Indiegogo said Celery would remain a stand along business.
