Trimble Sells Unit To GeoSpatial Innovations
Sunnyvale-based Trimble said today that it has sold its Trimble Energy Transmission Solutions (TETS) business to engineering software company GeoSpatial Innovations (GSI). Financial details of the sale were not announced. Trimble's TETS business develops software used for the design of transmission and overhead power lines, and power line routing. The company said the move will help it focus on other aspects of the business.
