Intel Acquires Itseez For Self Driving Vehicle Technology

Intel is putting its eye on the self driving vehicle market, saying that it has acquired Itseez, a San Francisco startup working on computer vision recognition technology for self driving cars. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Intel said that Itseez will become a "key ingredient" of its Internet of Things Group (IOTG), and help Intel "win in automotive today" and help deliver an "exciting future."
