Amplitude, a developer of web and mobile analytics software, announced Wednesday that it has raised $15M in a Series B funding round. The funding was led by Battery Ventures, and also included Benchmark, Data Collective, Merus Capital and Quest Venture Partners. Neeraj Agrawal of Battery Ventures has joined the company's board. Amplitude said the funding goes towards hiring, product development, and sales and marketing. Amplitude is led by CEO Spenser Skates.
