Salesforce, Demandware Get Quick Nod From Feds On Antitrust Requirements

and Massachusetts-based
Demandware
have been given the a quick nod from the feds on their plans to merge, as the companies said there has been an early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976. Salesforce and Demandware
announced the $2.8 billion acquisition
at the beginning of the month, with Salesforce saying it will pay $75.00 per share in cash for Demandware.
