Salesforce, Demandware Get Final Approvals On $2.8B Acquisition
San Francisco-based Salesforce and Massachusetts-based Demandware said late Thursday that they have received all required regulatory approvals on the proposed acquisition of Demandware by Salesforce. Salesforce is offering up $75.00 per share in cash for Demandware, which values the deal at approximately $2.8 billion. The two expect the tender offer for those shares to end at midnight ET on Friday, July 8th.
