Oracle Acquires NetSuite For $9.3 Billion
Redwood Shores-based Oracle, and San Mateo-based NetSuite said this morning that Oracle has agreed to pay approximately $9.3 billion in cash for NetSuite. According to the two, Oracle will pay $109.00 per share in cash for NetSuite, which develops cloud-based software for business management. The companies said they expect to close the acquisition sometime this year.
