Rubrik Downloads $61M For Cloud Data Protection
Palo Alto-based Rubrik, a developer of a cloud-based data protection, archiving, backup, and search platform, has raised $61M in a Series C funding round, the company said today. The funding was led by Khosla Ventures, and also included Lightspeed Venture Partners and Greylock Partners. Rubrik is targeting the enterprise hybrid cloud market with its appliances. The company has now raised well north of $100M, including a $40M Series B raised in 2015.
