A-1 Machine Manufacturing Gets Private Equity Funding
Santa Clara-based A-1 Machine Manufacturing, which manufactures components for use in the flat panel display equipment, semiconductor equipment and industrial market, has raised a round of private equity funding. The funding came from Graycliff Partners. Size of the funding was not announced. A-1 Machine has operations in Santa Clara, San Jose, as well as Incheon, Korea. Graycliff said the funding came out of its latest buyout fund, Graycliff Private Equity Partners III.
